Manta/Mola Point Penida 3x boat dives

This point is a part of Nusa Penida island, it located at the southeastern corner, about is 1 hr boat ride from Sanur Beach. NIce place for see manta ray and sometimes mola-mola encounter at this point.

Nusa Penida is not recommended for beginner divers because it is open to ocean currents. Visibility ranges from 10-20 metres. There are many drift diving spots, currents generally run between 3-4 knots. Therefore the direction of the dive depends on the current. Diving here is wonderful at all depths, but generally you find the huge plate corals and forests of Staghorn above 18 metres. The reefs around the island are loaded with mass varieties of aquatic life. Make sure you glance off into the blue yonder because chances are you will see a couple majestic mantas flying through the ocean and the famous great oceanic sunfish (Mola-Mola), but again you must be an alert diver. You will truly be amazed by the beauty of the underwater world in Nusa Penida. Diving here is spectacular, and a favorite spot. Definitely not to miss when you dive in Bali.
